AI Visibility & Commerce Assessment

Assess your AI visibility. Improve the buying journey.

Your website needs to explain your products clearly, support the way B2B customers buy, and make useful information accessible to search engines and AI discovery tools. The processes behind the website matter just as much.

START WITH AN ASSESSMENT

ACS combines a review of your public website with guided discovery of your product-publishing and order workflows. You get a practical view of what to improve, why it matters, and where to start. The work is led by Mike Strama, whose operating experience includes 19 years building B2B ecommerce at Magid.

A useful starting point when…

  • You want to understand how readily search and AI tools can access and interpret your public content.
  • Customers struggle to find the right products or get the information they need to buy.
  • Launching products, preparing quotes, or processing orders involves too many manual steps.
  • You have a list of technology ideas but need a clear business priority before investing.

FROM OBSERVATION TO ACTION

What you receive

Useful work starts with a specific problem and ends with a clear decision about what to do next.

  1. A documented view of your public website

Evidence from the pages and technical signals we can inspect, including content accessibility, structured data, product information, and the buying experience. Verified findings are distinguished from questions that require more access.

  2. A view of the workflows behind the site

Walkthroughs of how product information becomes a live listing and how inquiries, quotes, or orders move through your team. Identify repeated work, handoffs, and points where information gets lost.

  3. A prioritized improvement roadmap

Recommendations organized by likely business value, implementation effort, and dependencies. Separate content and process improvements from work that requires a system change.

  4. A focused next project

A defined starting point your team and delivery partners can discuss, with the problem, intended outcome, decisions, and responsibilities made clear.

  5. A measurement plan

Identify available baselines and useful measures, such as product-publishing time, search performance, qualified inquiries, conversion, and verified crawler access. Record where tracking needs to be established.

A PRACTICAL WAY FORWARD

How we work

  1. Define the business question

Agree on the customers, catalog areas, workflows, and outcomes that matter most. Set the scope before the review begins.

  2. Review and walk through

Inspect the public experience, then work with your team through the relevant backend processes and supporting information.

  3. Decide what comes next

Review the evidence together, resolve open questions, and choose a practical sequence of improvements.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Questions before we start

Do you need access to our systems?

The public-site review uses publicly available information. Workflow discovery can begin with team interviews, screen-sharing walkthroughs, and documentation you choose to provide. Any additional access is agreed for the work that needs it.

Will this make ChatGPT recommend our company?

An assessment can identify barriers and opportunities. It cannot guarantee an AI citation, search position, or crawler schedule. We distinguish technical accessibility from actual discovery and business results.

Is implementation included?

Implementation is scoped separately from the assessment. ACS can help you define a focused project, evaluate tools, and guide delivery with your team and partners.
